Shipping Policy

Orders placed on a working day are dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday go out on the next working day.

You will get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend.

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and depend on your address and the carrier. They are estimates rather than guarantees.

Carrier delays, weather and customs can all add time, and those are outside our control.

Available destinations are shown at checkout. If your country isn't listed we don't ship there yet.

International orders may attract duties or import taxes on arrival. These are set by your country and are your responsibility.

Please check your delivery address carefully. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly.

If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email support@tryzardy.com with your order number and we will put it right.
