By using tryzardy.com or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please don't use the site.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation email. If we can't fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.

We may cancel an order where an item is unavailable, where there is an obvious pricing error, or where we suspect fraud.

Prices are shown in US dollars on the product page and may change without notice, though changes never affect an order we have already accepted.

Any duties or import taxes on international orders are your responsibility.

Shipping timescales are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by customs.

Our Refund Policy explains how to return an item and how refunds are handled. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Zardy is a travel case designed to slow temperature change. It is not a refrigerator and not a medical device.

You are responsible for following the storage instructions that came with your medication, and for checking the display rather than assuming. Please read our Disclaimer.

The text, photographs, artwork and design on this site belong to Zardy and may not be copied or reused without permission.

We are responsible for supplying a product that matches its description and is of satisfactory quality. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
